The folks over at Dukes of Awesome, a Buffalo sports blog, posted the alternate third jerseys for the Buffalo Sabres that didn’t make the cut for the upcoming season. Looking over them, I fell into a rolling fit of laughter and realized I needed a good laugh before the hockey season kicks off. Like any good Buffalo sports fan, every year brings a season of hope buried beneath the expectation for disapointment, and generating a fair share of tension.
